Everyone knows Yukon Cornelius.

He’s the insane prospector from the classic Rankin-Bass Rudolph special.

Total. Insanity.

The man had an obsession with silver and gold. We can at least help out with part of that tonight.

Yukon Cornelius

• 2 oz Goldschlager Cinnamon Schnapps
• 2 oz Canadian whisky

Combine ingredients in a mason jar without any ice. Serve.

This is something you’ll want to take down after a long day prospecting in the snow. It burns so good. And there’s gold in it.
