December 19, 2011 (Day 265) — Sheer Cherry
It’s Christmas week! For all of our non-religious or differently religious followers, we do hope you’ll stick around. Even if you don’t celebrate this (or any) holidays, these are still some great cocktails for you to enjoy in the cold, snowy weather.

Considering we’re huddled up in the Cocktails, 365 Test Bar this evening looking to ride out an expected blizzard, might as well enjoy some cocktails, eh?
Where cocktails are born.
Cherry is one of those divisive flavors that people either absolutely love or absolutely detest. Count me among those who love the flavor. Jenn, not so much. So, for those of you who feel that cherry is the invention of Satan himself, you can feel free to skip tonight’s cocktail.
Sheer Cherry
- 2 oz Goldschlager Cinnamon Schnapps
- Sparkling cherry juice to top
Combine the ingredients over ice in a rocks glass and serve with a maraschino cherry garnish.
Strong cherry flavor with a pleasant cinnamon bite.
