So, it looks like we may actually be having a white Christmas for the first time in several years.

This is pretty awesome, as it’s sometimes hard to get into the Christmas spirit when it’s 60 degrees out and sunny. But, the winds ands snow swept in Monday night and coated the ground with some nice fresh powder.

The official Cocktails, 365 Boozehounds are super psyched too, as they’re both snow dogs.

However, we realize that for some people that’s not really the ideal temp and weather for a comfortable cocktail. Even if you can’t make it down to the Caribbean this holiday, we can at least help you pretend you are.

Christmas in the Isles

• 2 oz Goldschlager Cinnamon Schnapps
• 1 oz white rum
• Jamaican style ginger beer to top

Combine the ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice and serve.

Spicy and clear, but festive too!
