Happy Halloween!

Okay, so you’re about to have a Halloween party. Or you’re already at one. You desperately need a themed cocktail. Way to wait until the last minute, jackass. But that’s okay. The Cocktails, 365 team is here to help you out! Here’s something that looks spooky, tastes good (if you like licorice that is) and is incredibly simple.

7th Sin

1 oz absinthe

3 oz lemon-lime soda

Mix together in tumbler glass with ice.

This is a less potent version of a standard absinthe neat. The lemon/lime soda takes on the taste of the absinthe, but lightens it up quite a bit. It has a nice, phantasmagorical, ethereal green color. Lovely.

Strong black licorice flavor, so if you don’t like that flavor, you’ll want to avoid the 7th Sin.
