Autumn Slumbers

November 1, 2010 (Day 275) — Autumn Slumbers

Spent a very informative, if not exhausting, day at the 140 Character Conference in Hutchinson, KS today. I’m feeling the need to relax with a warm drink. Sorry for the small post. Hopefully after I catch up on some sleep I can be a bit more loquacious.

To a fault

Autumn Slumbers

(Adjusted from the recipe appearing on About.com)

2 oz gin

1.5 oz apple liqueur

dash of agave syrup

1 tsp lemon juice

hot water

Pour your liquors into an Irish Coffee glass then top with hot water. Sip.

Very mellow. The agave syrup gives the drink a different, heavier taste than simple syrup.

I’m off to bed!
