April 8, 2011 (Day 12) — Bloody Irishman
Get into a fistfight. Call it Good Friday.
That’s probably offensive on at least half a dozen levels. Sorry. This is one hell of a drink that I’m making tonight.
Bloody Irishman
Fill a 16 oz pint glass with ice and add a 5 count of Guinness.
1.5 oz Boru Vodka (layered on top)
Bloody Mary mix (layered on top of the Boru)

It sounds odd, but it works out really well. The vodka takes some of the bitterness out of the Guinness and the Bloody Mary mix lingers in the background. Like an Irishman that’s about to be bloodied, it’ll sneak up on you too.
