As we mentioned when we originally reviewed Dickel, we were a bit tickled by their “If you only know Jack, you don’t know Dicke.” line. We figured we’d add to the love by creating a cocktail named after Dickel itself.

• 2 oz Dickel Cascade Hollow
• 2 dashes Italian Volcano Lemon Burst

Pour ingredients in a rocks glass and swirl in your hand. Serve.
