August 1, 2011 (Day 126) — Queen Tiff
The Queen Tiff is a cocktail that seems to have cropped up on the interwebs in the past year. There’s no definitive story (that we can find at least) to its origins. Some have dark rum. Some have light rum. This one specifically featured Ke Ke Beach Key Lime Liqueur, so we decided to go with this one.
In excahnge, here's a TIFF of Queen
Queen Tiff
- 2 oz Ke Ke Beach Key Lime Liqueur
- 1.5 oz coconut rum
- Pineapple juice to top
Combine the ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
Summery, and light. It’s totally a Jenn drink.
