February 4, 2012 (Day 312) — Cynar
This is very similar to the Campari cocktail, simply replacing Campri with Cynar.
- 2 oz Ruskova Vodka
- 1 oz Cynar artichoke bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake well, and then strain into a chilled martini glass.
