December 04, 2011 (Day 250) — Submarino

This is actually an adjusted version of a more traditional cocktail called the Submarino that uses blanco tequila and Mexican beer. This one is a bit sweeter, but also has a bit more of a powerful taste.


  • 3 oz anejo tequila
  • Yellow Tail Moscato to top

Combine ingredients in a pint glass with cubed ice and serve.

The sweet and bubbly of the moscato combines well with the heavy agave flavor of the tequila.
