• 2 oz. Suntory Yamazaki 12 Year Single Malt Whiskey
• 2 dashes Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
• Twist of lime
• Top with Chikurin “Hana Hou Hou Shu” Sparkling Sake

Combine the Suntory, orange bitters and lime oil in a rocks glass filled with cubed ice. Stir well and top with the sparkling sake. Garnish with an edible flower.
