This week we’re playing around with Brugal’s Especial Extra Dry white rum.
This recipe comes straight from Brugal’s own US website.
Brugal Bees Knees
- 2 oz Brugal Especial Extra Dry
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .75 oz honey syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and then fill with ice. Shake well and then strain into a chilled coupé glass.
