Santa Maria (with Peligroso Silver Tequila)

We’re mixing up some cocktails with Peligroso Silver Tequila that reviewed earlier this week.

Santa Maria

  • 1.5 oz Peligroso Silver Tequila
  • .5 oz white wine
  • 1 dash elderflower liqueur
  • Fever-Tree Indian tonic water to top

Combine the Peligroso, white wine, and liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with the tonic water. Garnish with rose petals and serve.
