Okay, so at the beginning of last week, we talked about the opening of Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap. And, if we recall correctly, we also mentioned creating a cocktail for that show. And so we did!
We have an opening night party coming up next week when the show opens, and today’s cocktail will be one of the featured cocktails on the menu.
We like to call it The Nightmare
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 dash vanilla simple syrup
- Brut champagne to top
Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute. Top with the bitters, syrup and Campari. Top with champagne, and gently stir. Garnish with a rubber mouse.
