Hendrick’s Gin Part Two: Orange Burst

This is actually a recipe straight from the Hendrick’s Curiostorium.

• 1.5 oz Hendrick’s Gin.
• .75 oz fresh orange juice
• a splash of Angostura bitters
• ginger ale
• soda water
• lemon wedge

In a long glass combine the ingredients. Squeeze the wedge of lemon and drop it into the drink. Add ice. Top with equal parts ginger ale and soda water and give a good stir.
