There’s a classic Irish tune called When Irish Eyes are Smiling. Here’s a creepy version.

Now, before you decide that’s enough internet for you today, at least read up on this drink to get prepared for tomorrow.

• 1 oz Bushmill’s Irish Whisky
• .25 oz green creme de menthe
• 2 oz heavy cream
• Maraschino cherry to garnish

Combine ingredients except the cherry in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish.

It’s like a boozy mint ice cream!
