March 13, 2012 (Day 350) — Irish Back
The Pickle Back, which we’ve covered in these pages before, is considered a bit of an anomaly. It sounds horrible. But it’s really delicious.
It’s whiskey. It’s pickle juice.
It’s delicious.
We’re turning that into a cocktail.
- 2 oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey
- 2 oz dill pickle juice
Combine ingredients in a rocks glass. No ice. Serve it up, pussy.
