For this drink, you’ll want to choose a lighter scotch, something that doesn’t have heavy notes of smoke. We went with the Bruichladdich Rocks Unpeated Islay.

• 2 oz scotch
• 1 oz PAMA
• Dash of grenadine

Combine all the ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice and stir.
