Whippet

February 16, 2012 (Day 324) — Whippet

While in cross country in high school, one of our running coaches had a whippet that would always go out on morning runs with us. This one’s for him.

• 2 oz Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka
• 1 oz Rose’s Lime Cordial

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice. Shake well and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
