Holy Ruskies, Batman! We’re actually drinking Russian vodka this week!

We stumbled across Ruskova completely by chance. However, it has a high rating from the Beverage Institute, and it’s right within our price range — $20 for a 1.5L bottle. We were eager to try it and see if it doesn’t find a place in our repetoir.

Nose:

There is a distinctly sweet nose, almost like marshmallows.

Neat:

Spicy notes of pepper, with a clean finish.

On the Rocks:

Smoothed off flavor that seems to disappear within the first few seconds off the tongue.
