Quicksilver

Quicksilver was a term used in days of yore for Mercury.

It's hard to see why...

This drink is clear and silvery.

• 2 oz Sobieski Vodka
• 1 oz Esprit de June
• Dash of maraschino liqueur

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well for at least 30 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
