Consider tonight’s cocktail the spiritual twin of last night’s.

• 2 oz Wild Turkey 81
• 1 oz Gailliano
• Dash of sweet vermouth

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
