ORIGINAL – Dark ‘n Windy

January 5, 2012 (Day 282) — Dark ‘n Windy

We’ve already touched upon the ability of Malibu Black’s ability to adjust for the popular Dark ‘n Stormy cocktail.

This one is just a bit different, however, as we’re upping the alcohol content and changing the flavor majorly.

Dark ‘n Windy

• 1.5 oz Malibu Black
• Champagne to top

Combine the ingredients in a champagne flute and serve. Much more basic that we’ve done for the past cocktail.
