Today’s drink is a slightly altered Dark n’ Stormy; one of our favorite summer drinks to make.

The coconut flavor of the black rum gives it some more complex notes, making it an excellent sipping drink.

Storm Clouds

• 3 oz Malibu Black Rum
• 1 oz lime cordial
• Ginger beer to top

Combine all the ingredients in a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
