January 1, 2012 (Day 278) — New Years Day

It’s a brand new year! Full of promises, bright and shining. Also, full of lots of new boozes to try to experiment with.

We want to give a very sincere “Thank You” to everyone who has supported Cocktails, 365 over the past two years. We’re looking forward to continuing into the future as well.

If you partied a bit too hard last night, you’ll want to avoid today’s drink.

Unless, of course, you’re looking for a bit of “hair of the dog.”

An excellent New Years buddy if there ever was one.

New Years Day

• 2 oz Hpnotiq
• 2 oz Kansas Clean Distilled Spirit Whiskey
• 1 oz gin
• 1 dash pear syrup

Combine ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice and stir well. Serve up.

Now go back to bed.
