December 25, 2011 (Day 271) — Raspberry Cordial

Merry Christmas! Get off the internet and spend some time with some loved ones. If you don’t have loved ones, get yourself a cat or a dog. They’re pretty great about that.

At any rate, Merry Christmas from everyone here at Cocktails, 365. Enjoy this cordial-inspired cocktail.

Raspberry Cordial

  • 1 oz Goldschlager Cinnamon Schnapps
  • 1 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
  • 1 oz white creme de cacao

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with chocolate shavings.
