Tonight’s drink is an adapted version of Monday night’s. We’re going to kill one ingredients and add in another for something lighter.

Christmas Carol

• 2 oz 360 Vodka
• 1 oz pineapple syrup
• Champagne to top

Combine the vodka and pineapple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with the champagne. We recommend you go with a drier champagne to avoid over-sweetening the drink. Garnish with a candied pineapple.
