December 12, 2011 (Day 258) — Music Box

So, we’ve tried to come up with something that continue in our vein of Christmas-eque drinks. While mulling over what to make (no, we’re not making mulled wine) a song came on Spotify that was essentially a music box version of a classic Christmas carol. Looking at the twinkling lights, I was struck with some inspiration.

Music Box

• 2 oz 360 Vodka
• .5 oz pineapple syrup
• 1 dash white creme de cacao
• Candied pineapple chunk

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and shake well. Garnish with a candied pineapple.
