Okay, some more nerd points for anyone who cab identify how tonight’s drink got its name.

I take that back. No nerd points for you, because I’m giving it to you now.

It’s Futurama.

Shampagen

  • 2 oz Evan Williams Bourbon (chilled)
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Top with champagne

Place the sugar cube at the bottom of a martini glass. Soak with the Angostura. Top with the bourbon and swirl. Top with champagne. Serve.
