Poinsettia

November 30, 2011 (Day 246) — Poinsettia

Something simple. Something kind. Something borrowed. Something blue.

I'm pretty sure I messed up that rhyme, and now I've got quite the mess on my hands.

Okay, actually, this is red. Not blue. But hey. I finally had a reason to use that Tobias Fünke picture.

Whilst out and about Christmas browsing, my wife was given a Poinsettia. This seems like as good a time as any to write up this cocktail then.

Poinsettia

• .5 oz L’Esprit de June
• .25 oz pineapple vodka
• 1 dash grenadine
• Yellow Tail Moscato to top

Combine ingredients in a martini glass and serve.
