November 17, 2011 (Day 233) — Apple Cobbler

“But, Mark” I can hear you say “You were making cocktails with a pumpkin pie liqueur, how in the hellaciousness are you planning on making an apple-pie based pastry tasting cocktail.”

And that's terrible

Trust us. We’re doctors.

Apple Cobbler

  • 2 oz Fulton’s Harvest Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur
  • .75 oz blended scotch whiskey
  • .25 oz caramel apple liqueur
  • 4 oz apple cider

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

That's not terrible

It tastes dead on to apple cobbler with even a hint of vanilla ice cream.
