Pumpkin Chunkin

October 29, 2011 (Day 214) — Pumpkin Chunkin

Just what the hell is “punkin chunkin.”

It’s essentially where grown men build trebuchets to hurl food across long distances.

Maturity! (www.popularmechanics.com)

Pumpkin Chunkin

  • 1/3 part Monarch Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1/3 part Hiram Walker Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
  • 1/3 part bourbon

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well then strain into a chilled shot glass.

Sweet, but heavy. It’s very smooth. There’s a strong vanilla flavor with just a hint of pumpkin right on the end.

Cheers!
