October 3, 2011 (Day 188) — Rum Swizzle
Summer decided to return with a vengeance. We almost topped 100 degrees today. In October. Bugger.
Rum Swizzle
- 1 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
- 1 oz gold rum
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz orange juice
- .25 oz grenadine
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
