September 25, 2011 (Day 180) — Tijuana
Tijuana — the Mexican town that has always been ubiquitous with moral depravity and drunk tourists catching the donkey show. And if you don’t know what a donkey show is, do yourself a favor and don’t Google it. Trust us. It’s that same depravity that leads many a frat boy to return home with genitals on fire and a story for the history books. And while it may burn now, it sure was fun then.
Just like the city, this drink tastes good, but there’s going to be a little bit of a burn.
Tijuana
- 1.5 oz Korbel Brandy
- 1 oz mezcal
- 2 dashes tabasco sauce
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and then strain into a martini glass and garnish with a pickled jalapeno.
