We’ll make this a quick one.

Elixer No. 2

• 2 oz 360 Madagascar Vanilla Vodka
• 1 oz brandy
• .5 oz Cynar artichoke bitters

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and stir at least 30 seconds. Don’t shake, because you’re going to want a nice clean, clear looking cocktail.

Just a little bit of bitter, with some nice sweetness. Not a drink for everyone, but great for those a bit more adventurous.
