For the love of God, whatever you do, don’t Google “Soft Scotsman.”

Mainly, because nothing really much comes up. But you know, The Scotsman from “Samurai Jack” was a pretty bad ass fellow. Let’s put up a picture of him instead.

This is also applicable:

Soft Scotsman

• 2 oz Burnett’s Whipped Cream Vodka
• 2 oz very oaky scotch whiskey
• 1 dash herbal liqueur

Combine the ingredients in a rocks glass. Strain well.

You’ll notice this is similar to the Boiling Point earlier this week. No coincidence.

As noted above, you want to make sure that you pick a very oaky scotch for this cocktail. It’s nice a smooth with just a little bit of smokiness from the scotch and herbal liqueur.

Strange, but delicious.
