September 8, 2011 (Day 163) — Boiling Point
There was a shitty MTV reality show (redundant) a couple of years ago that rewarded people who didn’t haul off and smack the smarm off of people being dick-nozzles to them. It was around this time that I began to really realize that I probably wasn’t MTV’s target audience.
It was called “Boiling Point” if my memory serves me right. This cocktail wasn’t named after it.
Boiling Point
2 oz Burnett’s Whipped Cream Vodka
2 oz bourbon
Combine the two ingredients in a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Stir well and serve.
Sweet and very good. Despite how it may look on paper (er… on the screen), it has a nice balance with a good mix of sweet flavors. It is powerful, however, so be sure you’re treading lightly.
