August 7, 2011 (Day 132) — Tequila Boat
The Tequila Boat is something I just made up. Hell, it may be a real thing. We don’t get paid for research. In fact, we don’t even get paid.
If I were to give a definition of a Tequila Boat, I would say it’s a boat wherein people tend to drink lots of tequila. Naturally, it’s something you would take in a tropical area. One might even assume there would be limes on board. Key limes, in fact.
Tequila Boat
- 2 oz Ke Ke Beach Key Lime Liqueur
- 2 oz tequila blanco
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz coconut rum
Combine ingredients in a rocks glass and stir well with crushed ice.
Strong tequila flavor, bolstered by the key lime of the cream. Very tropical, and voted most likely in its high school class to make you go “WOOOOO!”
Cheers!
