Purple Rain — the name of Prince’s sixth album, before he was known as the Artist Formerly Known as the Vaguely Effeminate Minnesotan and before he was known as Prince again.

It’s routinely considered one of the best pop albums of all time. It also led to one of the best Chapelle Show costumes of all times.

Purple Rain

• 2 oz Ke Ke Beach Key Lime Liqueur
• .5 oz grenadine
• .5 oz blue curacao
• 1 oz coconut rum
• Pineapple juice to top

Combine the ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice and mix.

Holy purple, Batman. This is a drink for you saccharine fans out there. Heavy, almost syrup-like quality to this drink. Too thick for my tastes.
