July 9, 2011 (Day 103) — Amaretto Paradise

Tonight we’re running down into a summer evening. Dead wind, oppressive heat, and no water. Might want to keep this on hand. Although it is a bit heavy, there’s just enough lightness to break your sweat.

Amaretto Paradise

• .75 oz amaretto.
• .75 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
• Pineapple juice to fill

Combine ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice and stir well.
