July 6, 2011 (Day 100) – Ocean Drive

Ocean Drive is a street in South Beach Miami. It’s pretty goddamn posh. We hear tell there’s also lots of scantily clad folks down that way.

Which we’re okay with.

Ocean Drive

• 1.5 oz Malibu coconut rum
• .75 oz orange curacao liqueur
• .5 oz orange juice
• .5 oz pineapple juice
• .5 oz cranberry juice
• .5 oz sweet and sour

Pour chilled Malibu rum and chilled curacao into a frozen cocktail glass. Pour down the side of the glass, in this order: orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and sweet and sour. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Serve.

Perfect summer drink to cool down on these Century Degree days.
