This one’s easy.

Ginger Hennessy

• 1.5 oz Hennessy VS
• Three slices fresh ginger
• Ginger ale to top

Muddle the ginger slices with the Hennessy at the bottom of a highball glass.

Bright and summery, with a nice bit of balls on the end.
