The Highball is one of the simplest and most enduring cocktails.  This drink comes from the E&J website, and plays off the classic Highball recipe.

That picture's got nothing at all to do with the drink. We just can't let it get TOO classy in here.

209 Highbal

• 1 oz E&J Brandy VSOP
• 1 oz New Amsterdam Gin
• 1 oz dry vermouth
• Ginger ale to top

Combine the ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.

A mix of classic and new, this drink may not be for the new brandy drinker, but it’s still great to sip.
