June 13, 2011 (Day 77) — Boiling Point
We’re diving headfirst into beertail this week with a drink that is going to scare away those not used to something a little bit more intense.
Unadventurous need not apply.
Boiling Point
3 oz spiced rum
4 dashes Tabasco sauce
Top with Smithwick’s Ale
Combine all of your ingredients in a pint glass then stir well.
Spicy, but sweet with that great hoppy bitterness on the end. Tasty, but powerful
