June 12, 2011 (Day 76) — Tan Russian

White Russians. They will forever be associated with The Dude in my mind.

Well hey, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

This our own take on the classic. We’re calling it the Tan Russian.

Now THAT'S a tan Russian!

Tan Russian

  • 2 oz Sobieski Karamel Vodka
  • .5 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1 oz cream

Combine ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice and stir well.

Just as heavy as a White Russian, but with a completely different flavor. The butterscotch and caramel replace the coffee and create one hell of a sweet foofy drink. More fitting for winter, however. Just a bit heavy for these 100+ degree days.
