June 11, 2011 (Day 75) — Toffee Nation

This week could truthfully just be called a jaunt to the candy shop with all of the various candy-based cocktails we’ve been mixing up. Today’s is no different.

This one is going to be a bit lighter in texture, but not so much with the flavor (a bit hard to avoid a heavier flavor with caramel vodka).

Toffee Nation

• 2 oz Sobieski Karamel Vodka
• .25 oz English Toffee syrup

Combine in a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Not nearly as heavy as the cream-based drinks, but still a great candy shoppe flavor.
