We’ve all been there. That lady that you have your eyes on, but she seems to barely regard you with a glance. She’s an indifferent miss. Or the name of tonight’s cocktail.

 Indifferent Miss

• .75 oz spiced rum
• .75 oz lime juice
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• Club soda to top

Pour the rum, lime juice and simple syrup into a rocks glass filled halfway with ice. Stir well. Top with club soda, stir gently, and serve.

Light, summery drink. It’ll help you get over that wench you passed you by.
