Pepper Jack

May 27, 2011 (Day 60) — Pepper Jack

It sounds spicy. But it isn’t.

It’s a little bit simple, but very charming. Kind of like me.

Pepper Jack

• 2 oz Spiced Jack
• .25 oz grenadine
• Dr. Pepper to top

Combine all the ingredients in a pint glass filled with ice and stir.

Pleasant vanilla taste from the rum plays up with the Dr. Pepper, and just a little bit of extra sweetness from the grenadine. It’s a boozy cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper.
