We’re on to day two of our mountain man drinks. Yeah, that’s right. We’re drinking corn whiskey out of a jug. Which means all of the cocktails this week have to be drank out of a mason jar. Don’t ask me why, it’s just the rules.

And if there’s one thing that hillbillies follow, it’s the RULES.

1.5 oz Platte Valley Corn Whiskey

1.5 oz lime juice

Club soda to top

Fill a small mason jar with crushed ice and then top with your three liquid ingredients. Stir well, but gently to avoid fizz-over. Serve up.
