Black and Blue

April 6, 2011 (Day 10) — Black & Blue

Something a little sweet this evening? Something that looks a bit like a bruise.

Or K-State Wildcat. Either way, it’s purple, suffice it to say. A color that NO ONE likes!

Ewwwww...

Black & Blue

• 2 oz Boru Vodka
• 1 oz blue curacao
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• 2 drops of peach bitters

Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass.

It’s got a good bite from the vodka, but it balances out with the other ingredients. Although good, I wouldn’t order this in a bar. Then again, I’m not a big fan of “blue” drinks.
